  1. Done like a kipper...at least Southampton lost, but that's clutching at straws!

  2. No kidding Filthy, I was listening on West Ham TV thinking it was cold pies and warm beer with a one goal lead. Then bish bam boom 2-1 to them at the half ! I was still trying to recover from that when Faye gave away the penalty, it was time to cue "Sink My Boats" ! A shipwreck of a match for sure. Still we've got to push on and have 3 points from Barnsley.

  5. Your always the realist Don't Hurt 'Em, but this time perhaps "tough" is a bit of an understatement, howzabout "tougher than tough" ? Alf Tupper said 90 points would see us up, so it's time for me to suspend reality and hope for six wins on the trot ! Is that "They're Coming To Take Me Away" I hear playing in the distance ?

  6. Wotcha Smitty, not sure the ten man plan will work without Noble, I've read he's out for the next two. I also read that at two out of Reid, Demel and Diop are back from injury. I hope one of that brace is Reid and that Alf pairs him back up with Tomkins in central defence. As you say "chin up" - COYI !
