West Ham v. Burnley

  1. Kosher penalty, abysmal reffin for the sending off.
( Doesn't look good for the cup if he's in charge)

We played the bottom club with 10 men for over an hour and couldn't score!!
I'll take the points but we should be embarrassed. I'm surprised there wasn't any booing from the crowd at the end - there wasn't was there?
Few bright sparks in there, Wile E always a contender, Malfi always looks like he might and if Tenner was played somewhere in the middle we might get somewhere - I still like him.
High point of the game was Nene's rare cameo - runs about, causes trouble, 2 shots in 10 mins. I could live with some more of that.

Can't wait to see the back of that Fat F**K.

  2. Absolutely spot on about Nene Smitty (and the Ref) - obviously Alf doesn't like him but why ?

  3. I see Aaron Cresswell has made Hammer of the Year - WELL DONE MY SON ! he would have been my 2nd choice as i belong to that foolish faction that would have given it to Adrian "Gloves off Game Over" San Miguel !

  4. Nene? Who the f**k knows why. Cos he can play football ? The fat slob is probably pie bound, and the reasons could be anything. Let's hope the next one in keeps him. 30 + or no he could give anyone a run around for at least a half.

No real problem with Cress ( nor Mad Dog Adrian for that matter), nor really any of the official picks. We'll have to see what the KUMB faithful- hello lads- come up with.
I think they may go the Adrian way.

  5. Well if Tupper stays, he may well want out - especially if he likes playing football. Could take him months to get in 90 minutes under Alf ! On the Awards front no complaints my end - had a quick gander all seem there or thereabouts.

  6. Dismal fare! Nene deserves more time and no reason not to give it. Nothing to lose-or win- except making him happier and therefore more inclined to stay.
I'd go along with Crosswell. he gave everything and showed some real class at times.

  7. Certainly not the stuff to be packing them in at Stratford Filthy. The past few years The Brady Bunch have been in the Survival Business, next season they're in the Nostalgia Business, but the season after that it's the highly competitive World of Family Entertainment. Won't be too many "teds" at The Olympic...

  8. But he won't get more than his allotted 10 min cameo Fithy. Sam hasn't got his number.
Besides we're playing so Nobby can get his 100th and that would interfere.

Villa? We have the people, but not the will seemingly. We'll go down 2-1 or 2-0 I think

  9. Just been reading on the BBC, both us and Everton are in with a serious shout for The Europa League via Fair Play ("Play ?" Smitty "Wot play ?"). Hope that doesn't mean we're not going to tackle for the next 3 games, or just the one against The Toffees ?

  10. If I recall the counting ended last week so I think we can swing away with a will - What will- he says !! That must be it ( light bulb goes on) we've been saving ourselves to get shellacked in Europe. I hope we don't go, it's bad enough we're an embarrasment here, but I suppose the gelt wouldn't hurt.

  11. Had a look on KUMB Smitty and they're not posting likes it's a done deal, although I can't quite figure out if that's because of the Cup Final . 3 more PL games to go, or both ? If we get in the back door, then some of the faithfull will get a trip abroad mob handed. Might be only the one trip though !

  12. I think you maybe right Mr P I thought I read that the Fair Play thing was done and dusted but perhaps not. Either way I don't think we could suddenly become the Monsters of Midfield and start kicking people about. That would involve some passion we're sadly lacking. One trip to Europe might be in the cards then for some sun, sea and wimpy football.
If Sam's out it would be fun to see the new guy start off in Europe. Seems Moyes has said no so I wonder who the front runner is now.

  13. Hope I'm wrong but I doubt if Moyes was actualy approached Smitty, was that a "newspaper" no ? Can't see him quitting The Continent after one season - doesn't look good. Still I was encouraged by reorts that Alfwas given the cold shoulder at the Hammer of the Year Awards.

  14. Team is up for Villa . Looks like Nene might get his 10 mins again, maybe.
    You're such a pillock Sam.

  15. Alf will set out for a draw, but Villa will score, so we'd better score too - hopefully more than them. COME On YOU IRONS !!!

  16. Speaking of Teds, I can see BFS with a large quiff in a showaddywaddy cover band. I think I read that the fair play counting goes to the end of the season and Hammers in pole position at the moment. I know it's fashionable to knock the europa league but I think it's a good distraction from the regular fare, and a good chance to go and sing in some cobbled town square with perplexed locals looking on.

  17. Also think Moyes won't leave Spain - yet anyway.

  18. Actually I've thought of Ted Bovis a few times while watching The FF - it's not a stretch.
    Hi De Hi !!

  19. You've got it seƱor Smitty! Close to a dead ringer. I never got Hi de Hi but even I think life would be more entertaining with Paul Shane (I looked him up) as manager.
